Like many people, I spend hours sitting at a desk every day.
After a long day of work, I’d often find myself shifting uncomfortably in my chair, rubbing my lower back, or stretching my shoulders—hoping for some relief from the stiffness that had built up over the hours.
I wasn’t injured, but my body felt stiff, tense, and worn down.
By the time the weekend arrived, I’d push through the discomfort and play soccer with my friends—only to wake up the next day even worse than before.
The soreness would linger for days, making even simple tasks like getting out of bed or sitting for long periods a struggle.
I assumed this was just part of life.
Maybe I needed a better chair, a stretching routine, or a trip to the chiropractor—but nothing seemed to give me the lasting relief I needed.
I just kept dealing with it.
Until a friend introduced me to something that completely changed the way I recover.
